That bright blue that I see and love while walking along Lake Michigan on a perfect Chicago day, where you can feel the windy chill blowing off the lake and into the city. Lake Effect is a beautiful statement color, and I love it standalone or next to a neutral.

A warm, creamy beige inspired by one of my favorite city rituals: adventuring from the lake or the yarn store and into a cutie coffee shop for a warm coffee.
City Latte is a neutral that works well by itself, with other simple tones, or matched with color.

I wanted to create a yarn that felt classic, rustic and also soft and cozy to knit and crochet. This yarn is exactly that and it softens up as you work and block it. Seasons yarn is 100% high-quality Shetland wool, spun into a round 3-ply worsted skein with fiber structure. This gives crisp stitch definition to make patterns with simple or bold texture, colorwork, and striping.

One skein is plenty for a beanie or a mini triangle scarf. Add a few more for a chunky winter scarf, or grab enough skeins for the perfect cozy wool seasonal sweater.

  • No. Hand wash and lay flat to dry. It blocks beautifully and softens with wear.
